Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you identify yourself easily and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A finesse with Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or with card, Swish or bank transfer. Everything is equally safe.

Conditions for payment are also stated in the checkout.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

DHL Servicepoint
Used for delivery within Sweden. Fixed price SEK 95 (regardless of order volume or weight), free shipping on orders of at least SEK 1000.

DHL Parcel Connect
Used for delivery to countries within the EU. Fixed price depending on which country the package is to be sent to (regardless of the volume or weight of the order), see the price in the checkout when you have selected the country.

Pick up at Butik Quse
If you live near Butik Quse, you can also choose "Pick up at Butik Quse", as a shipping option, you will then pick up your package at Butik Quse after agreement via e-mail.

Conditions for delivery are also specified in the checkout under the respective delivery method. Unless otherwise stated, the item is sent from butik Quse within 5 working days (almost always much faster). If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.

14 days open purchase

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

If you, as a customer, have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this led to the article being returned being less valuable, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the article's reduction in value from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.

Unclaimed packages
The package remains at DHL's delivery point for 7 days. If you do not pick up your package, the package will be returned to us and we will invoice you a fee of SEK 300 to cover our costs.

When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal data. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you.

We save the following personal data about our customers:
